Sectra PACS – AI Chest X-Ray
The following training introduces the Annalise.ai artificial intelligence (AI) software package which is a clinical support tool for assessing chest radiographs (Chest x-rays)
The training is a requirement for any clinical staff who review chest radiographs as part of their normal practice
The information provided by the AI software is to support clinical decision making. Clinicians must *NOT* rely solely on the AI report when interpreting the Chest X-ray
It is expected that the AI will overcall some findings and fail to spot others, but studies have shown the combination of the trained human reader along with AI as decision support can help improve diagnostic accuracy
The information provided by the AI software is not intended to replace formal radiology reports. If there is uncertainty regarding an AI generated finding that is clinically important, then a radiology opinion should be obtained
You must watch all videos provided in order to complete the training
Training logs will be retained on the system for audit purposes
