EPRO is the Trust’s clinical correspondence system, designed to streamline documentation and communication. From recording clinic dictations to transcribing letters and issuing patient correspondence, EPRO plays a key role in supporting clinical workflows.
This training will guide you through:
- Creating Documents from a Clinic List
- Creating Documents from a Patient Record
- Completing a Document (including transcription)
- Approving Documents
