Ambient Voice Technology – Clinicians
This training will help clinicians understand how AVT supports clinical workflows and safely review and use AVT-generated information in line with local procedures.

On completing this learning, you will be able to do the following in your operational role:
- Apply the principles of Ambient Voice Technology within EPRO (Electronic Patient-Reported Outcome), including prompts, Large Language Models (LLMs) and the 80/20 documentation model, supporting confident and appropriate use.
- Use AI and Speech Recognition safely and effectively within clinical workflows, following agreed standards and processes.
- Evaluate AI-generated outputs and the potential risks of AI hallucinations, misinterpretation and variability, and understand your role in validating content.
