Course Objectives
- Share evidence about the impacts of bullying and inappropriate behaviour.
- Explore different perspectives involved – the target, the accused, the witness and the manager.
- Introduce learners to the respectful resolution pathway and allow them to practice using some of the resources.
- Introduce practical tools and resources to help learners work through conflicts and give feedback safely and effectively and resolve issues.

Inappropriate Behaviour
The Christie does not tolerate any form of inappropriate behaviour, whether it is a single incident or a repeated pattern. However, some of the content in this training is from an external source and may not fully align with the Trust’s Positive working relationships policy. Learners should note that the Trust follows the ACAS definition of bullying, which states bullying may be a regular pattern of behaviour or a one-off incident and may not always be obvious or noticed by others.
